Mahatma Gandhi quote as a poster.

And this is the final version of my Mahatma Gandhi poster, "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind." Mahatma Gandhi

We may have all come on different ships, but we are in the same boat now. Martin Luther King, Jr.

One more poster for "positive message" - college project I was working on lately. Paper boats representing different origins of people, hopefully reminding to people, that we all have a history of migrating and seeking asylum. I had to choose which charity would suit this project and I choose Oxfam as a safe heaven/harbour for all these boats.

Mahatma Gandhi quote poster

College project to design a positive message poster of our choice. We should also choose charity/institution on which behalf this poster would be created. I chose this simple idea of
using Braille lettering to express the message and Institute for economics & peace would be
great institution to make this poster for.

There are two versions as I can't decide which one is better. First one is very simple and there is no
distraction from the message. The other one is more decorative and balanced, but the brown may be too strong next to the delicate braille lettering.

This poster was handmade, I embossed the braille lettering myself.

Handmade Easter Eggs

It's snowing outside and I'm decorating Easter Eggs to remind myself, that spring IS coming ;) I just used bits of old lace, lentils and oat flakes...simple, natural ;)

Typography poster

Brief from the college was to choose a tweet about typography a turn it into a poster..no images allowed, but we could choose digital, hand or found type of poster.

Well I was off for 2 weeks so in a time pressure I did these 3 digital posters. I am happy with them, like the layout and I decided to keep the lines I used for lining everything up as a part of design.

Now I had to fill my sketchbook with experimentation (I know, should be done before I made the posters, but really, I had few hours to finish this brief ;) So I decided to cut out a stencil, but first to try to play around a bit...it's not finished yet, as you can see on the picture bellow, but I'm really happy with the way it looks like and I think it may be worthy to change my finished posters ;)) aaah, what a pain ;D
